A real treasure!

available staff spacious room comfortable room amazing location

I really liked the staff at the hotel. They were always available and attentive. I also got an upgrade to a better room. I found it very spacious and comfortable. The location was amazing too. It was so easy getting around to see all the sights.

The air conditioning system worked weakly. This impacted my comfort slightly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Virgil, the resident tour guide, led complimentary experiences . He provided a local perspective of the area.

The room was on the smaller side, though clean. I wish there was a bit more space for luggage.

i just loved how close the hotel was to termini station! it made getting around so easy. the staff was also super helpful, giving me great tips for exploring the city. the breakfast had lots of choices!

The room seemed a bit dated honestly. It could use some freshening up! the ac wasn't working perfectly and it took a while to cool the room. there weren't enough paper cups available for brushing teeth, a minor inconvenience.

The hotel's proximity to Termini Station was convenient. I found many attractions within walking distance. The breakfast offered a great variety. I especially liked the helpfulness of the staff (they were always ready to assist).

The elevator was a bit small.
